
Optometric Physician
Dr. Philip Williams was born and raised in northeastern Indiana. He attended Indiana University for undergraduate school. He then began his optometric training at Indiana University School of Optometry where he graduated and received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1982. Following graduation, he began a one-year residency program at the American Lake Veterans Administration Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Shortly after completion of that residency program in June 1983, Dr. Williams founded the Alpine Vision Clinic in Smokey Point (Arlington, WA). Dr. Williams is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry.

Office Manager
Whitney joined our team in 2013 as a patient care coordinator, and now serves as the office manager. Whitney also has skills as an optometric technician and in optical. She is committed to providing outstanding customer service to our patients and helps to facilitate a positive patient experience. She has a cheerful personality and greets everyone with a smile. When not working at Alpine Vision Clinic, she spends her time coaching volleyball at Everett Community College. She enjoys spending time with her family, serving in her church, and Diet Coke.
